Dominican Republic Astro Images
Recently, our goods friends in the Dominican republic have sent us some beautiful images by Astro-Imager Maurice De Castro.
Maurice uses an Orion 190 mm Newtonian Maksutov instrument. Eric Ramos reports:
What I´m not sure of yet is if it is a full color shot or if it is a filtered and color assigned shot. I say this because he is practicing a lot with the "Hubble" method of assigning Halpha (red)- Olll and Olll filters blue and green I believe....
In any case they are beautiful!!
