Astro Images by Dan McKeel - Al-Paslow
In this picture the 4 stars of the famous Trapezium System - Theta Orionis are visible. they are identified as A,B,D, C going counterclockwise. A is variable between magnitudes 6.7 to 7.5. B is an eclipsing Binary varying betweeen about 8 to 8.5 magnitude. C is approx 5.1 mag. D is 6.7 magnitude. Other stars are part of this sytem known as E,F,G, H1 and H2 and I but require more magnification to be visible and hence not part of this image by Dan McKeel.
